LEVELS
Our classes are allocated with levels, to help find the one that’s right for you.

Level 1 is the gentlest, and ideal for all, including those new to Yoga. Options are given and you are you are encouraged to work at your own pace.

Level 2 is a little more challenging, but suitable for anyone with a moderate level of mobility & fitness. Options are given and you are encouraged to work at your own pace, whether that’s taking it a little easier, or pushing yourself a little harder.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AERIAL YOGA

For strength, flexibility, balance & fun!

Suitable for all abilities; our yoga hammocks offer the addition of separate straps & handles. This provides a fun & effective way to gradually build grip strength & confidence.

This class combines inverted poses with flexibility & strengthening work; with a focus on building core strength & stability.

CANDLELIT YIN YOGA
RELAX, RESTORE & REBALANCE

A restful & restorative yoga practice, targeting deep connective tissues to gently improve joint mobility, flexibility & circulation.

With the help of props & breathwork, we hold simple poses for longer (3-4mins). Great for easing stress & anxiety, releasing tension & and creating space in the body. Can also help with sleep problems & insomnia. Followed by a Savasanna accompanied by the beautifully hypnotic sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls.

Find stillness for the body & mind, with this deeply relaxing & introspective practice.

ELEMENTAL FLOW

Connect & flow with the rhythms of nature with this beautiful yoga practice.

Align, move & meditate with the natural elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether)

Balances energy, harmonises the body, and deepens our sense of nature connection.

FITNESS FLOW

Breathe, sweat, challenge & tone – improve strength, fitness, stamina & flexibility, with this invigorating & empowering practice.

We combine strong yoga poses, with dynamic movements; infusing a more traditional practice with elements of high intensity training. For fitness, core strength, muscular endurance & a full body workout.

HATHA YOGA

A balanced blend of physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. Perfect for all levels, it enhances flexibility, strength, and relaxation, promoting overall well-being and inner peace. Embrace harmony in body and mind.

HOT HATHA – HIPS & HAMSTRINGS

Strengthen, lengthen & open the hips & hamstrings.

The immersive heat helps us to get deeper into the stretches, allowing the muscles to relax & lengthen. We keep our hot yoga at a more comfortable and climate conscious 30-32°C.

Supports athletic performance, improves mobility & range of motion for all sporting activities. Great for runners, cyclists, climbers, hikers, CrossFitters & martial artists. 

HOT YOGA

Step into our heated haven & ignite your inner fire with the transformative power of Hot Yoga.

Strengthen, sweat, detoxify & invigorate as we flow through a series of yoga poses, linking breath with fluid movements. The immersive heat allows us to really deepen our practice, for more effective stretching, alignment & focus.

We keep our hot yoga at a more comfortable and climate conscious 30-32°C.

HOT STRENGTHEN & STRETCH

The class begins with a slower paced flow to strengthen, establish breathing and open up the body for effective stretching. We then move into deep stretch poses. These are held for longer to help release tight muscles & target right down to the muscle fascia to give quick & effective mobility gains.

The immersive heat & breathwork allows us to focus the mind get deeper into the stretches. This allows the nervous system & muscles to relax & lengthen. We keep our hot yoga at a more comfortable and climate conscious 30-32°C.

KUNDALINI YOGA

A transformative practice that uses chanting, breathwork and movement to clear our minds, stimulate the vital energy in our bodies and guide us into a deep state of connection with our True Self, so that you can step into your highest potential.

LUNCHTIME PILATES

A revitalising 50 min Lunchtime Pilates session to boost your mood and productivity; a reset break from work or busy life. Regain and enhance your core strength, stability, reduce back pain and boost your confidence.

Suitable for all abilities from complete beginners to intermediate/advanced students.

NURTURING FLOW

A calm, supportive & encouraging practice, suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga. A slower paced flow, focusing on the breath, mobility & mindfulness.

This gentle & nurturing style of yoga combines the breath with fluid movements, deep stretching & relaxation.

POWER VINYASA YOGA

An invigorating, fun, flowing & strong class, connecting breath to movement. Breathe, challenge & tone – build strength, flexibility & stamina.

A faster-paced sequence, flowing from pose-to-pose in harmony with our breath, to challenge the body & create a moving meditation for the mind.

SEASONAL YOGA

Connect & flow with the rhythms of nature with this beautiful yoga practice. Align with the changing seasons with flowing yoga movements, themed with energies specific to each season.

STRENGTHEN & STRETCH

The class begins with a strengthening flow to establish breathing and open up the body for effective stretching. We then move into deep stretch poses. These are held for longer to help release tight muscles & target right down to the muscle fascia to give quick & effective mobility gains.

Focused breathwork allows us to get deeper into the stretches, for the muscles to relax & lengthen, and for the mind to unwind & find calm.

WARM ENERGISING FLOW

A wonderful way to wake up! Revitalise & awaken with our warm energising flow, combining fluid movements with breath to awaken the body and invigorate the mind.
The immersive warmth allows us to deepen our practice -tone, detoxify & enhance focus, flexibility & fitness. Practiced at a comfortable & climate conscious 26-28C

WEEKEND WIND-DOWN

Unwind & restore with our ‘Weekend Wind-Down’. Start with centering breathwork & guided relaxation, followed by gentle stretching to increase mobility and release away any tension & pressures from the week. Finish with deeply soothing & still Yoga Nidra, followed by an extended savasana for complete rest and rejuvenation.

YOGA FOR MEN

We offer a welcoming, relaxed & supportive environment for men to explore & practice yoga.

Build strength and improve mobility and with tailored practices designed for male bodies. With the addition of breathwork and relaxation for stress relief.

Supports athletic performance, overall health and well-being.

STUDIO POLICIES

To avoid disturbance to others, please ensure you arrive promptly before class begins; ideally 5-10minutes before class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and you will forfeit your class credit.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes early and a class is still taking place in the studio, kindly wait outside until the class has finished to avoid disturbance.

Please silence or turn off your phone before entering the studio to minimise distractions and disruptions during class.

Please remove shoes on entering & leave in shoe shelving provided.

Help maintain the cleanliness of the studio by wiping down your mat and props after use and keeping personal belongings tidy. Wipes will be provided.

Respect personal space; please allow space between mats and respect the personal space of others during class and in common areas. Please use the mat guide marks if relevant to your class.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • Participants must cancel via the booking app, or through their online booking account at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiture of the class credit. Class credits can then be transferred onto any other class.
  • Failure to provide the required 3 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the class credit.
  • No-shows will also result in the loss of the class credit.
  • For workshops, events & retreats, at least 48 hours’ notice must be given for a refund.
  • For participants with recurring memberships that cancel with less than 3 hours’ notice or fail to attend (no-show), a £3 late cancellation charge will be applied.
  • Memberships are non-refundable, but may be cancelled anytime, after 3 month minimum term has been completed.
  • Class credits & credit packs are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the studio management.
  • REIGNITE YOGA LTD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events due to unforeseen circumstances.
